Original artworks are unique pieces and are subject to availability. Once an original artwork has been sold, it may not be available again.

We make reasonable efforts to display images, colours, dimensions, materials, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, colours and textures may appear differently depending on your screen, device, lighting, or display settings. Minor differences between the website image and the physical artwork do not necessarily constitute a defect.

All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice, unless an order has already been accepted.

4- Orders and Acceptance

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is damaged, defective, or not as described, or unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Commissioned artworks, personalised pieces, custom-made works, custom sizes, and custom-framed works are created specifically for the customer. These items cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded for change of mind once the order has been confirmed, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights if an item is damaged, defective, or not as described.

8- Commissions and Custom Work

Commissioned artworks and custom works are subject to any specific terms agreed between you and Flora Goedefroit, including scope, price, timeline, deposit, references, artistic direction, approval steps, and delivery details.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, commissions remain subject to Flora Goedefroit’s artistic interpretation and creative discretion.

Deposits for commissioned or custom work may be non-refundable where work has already started, materials have been purchased, or the commission has been reserved, subject to applicable law and the specific terms agreed with the customer.

9- Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, designs, text, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, website content, and other materials displayed on the website are owned by or licensed to Flora Goedefroit, unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing an artwork, print, or commissioned piece gives you ownership of the physical item only. It does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, commercial rights, image rights, licensing rights, or any other intellectual property rights unless expressly agreed in writing.

You may not copy, reproduce, edit, publish, sell, license, distribute, mint as an NFT, use for AI training, use commercially, or otherwise exploit any artwork, image, or website content without prior written permission from Flora Goedefroit.

You may share images of purchased artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided that Flora Goedefroit is credited where reasonably possible and the image is not altered or used misleadingly.
